At 33 yrs old 6yrs into pole I haven't looked and felt better. Discovering pole as fitness choice was one of the best choices of my life. Weighing 200 lbs in 2013 knowing that I wasn't happy with my weight and try other fitness program that we're all the same pole was a no brainier. After just my 1st class I found out how truly challenging pole could be but that didn't push me away it made me fall deeper in love with polefitness. I became teaching in 2015 and added new skills like chair and flexibility and combining my dance background into the mix makes teaching fitness a passion. Dropping down to a toned 150 and gaining a lot o strength through the pole I want to empower woman and let them know strong is the new sexy
