We offer optional paid tiers (Gold and Premium for models, and a token-based messaging system for clients) that unlock additional features — higher ranking, unlimited photos, video uploads, direct messaging — but you can do a lot without paying anything.

Clients get one free message thread per month. Each additional thread costs one token (roughly $5). Threads stay open for 7 days — plenty of time to discuss a project, confirm availability, and agree on terms. We never intercept or edit messages; this is direct contact.

Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on what you pick, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your features stay active until the end of the paid period.

For subscriptions, we don't offer mid-period refunds as a rule, but we handle billing disputes case by case — contact support if something went wrong. Unused message tokens don't expire.

Log in to your dashboard and edit any field directly. Photo updates, measurement changes, and availability toggles happen in real time. Changes to identity or email go through a quick re-verification.

Yes. The hide-profile toggle in your dashboard removes you from public search without deleting your data. Toggle it back when you're ready to take work again. Useful for vacations, pregnancy, or just taking a break.

Submit a deletion request via our contact form. We'll confirm, delete your data within 7 days, and send you a confirmation email. Note that transactional records (past bookings, payments) are retained for legal compliance.
