I believe work & life balance is a concept that could be adjusted anytime we need to. For me, this concept cannot be fixed like how many hours for working and how many hours for life or entertainment; it's varied. There's sometimes I need to prioritize my work and another time I need to put my beloved ones above. Therefore, I do not have a general formula for work & life balance.
