There are people of all shapes and sizes on TV, and the possibilities are endless for those that have been bit with the acting bug. Casting directors are always looking for fresh, new faces to appear in different network or cable television shows and series. Also, both regional and national commercials hire television models to perform in their advertisements. Roles vary based on each job and TV show models can find themselves as background extras, stuntmen, lead actors, supporting actors, and more! To be a successful TV show model, you must be familiar with acting skills, responsive to feedback, and able to read and perform a script. You must be comfortable being on set, performing in front of the camera, and listening to the director. Remember, even the top stars had to start somewhere, and this is where many of them have found the beginning of their careers!
