Print models can be anyone from maternity models, plus-size models, glamour models, commercial models; basically, anyone who can grace the covers or pages of various print publications. Print modeling opportunities are available in a wide array of different types of print, including magazines, catalogs, newspapers, and online print advertising sources. Major companies such as Target, Walmart, CVS, and other top retailers consistently require new fresh faces to help advertise their goods and products. Print models also appear in advertisements and campaigns for companies, including cruise lines, hotel chains, casinos, and resorts. Print models also aren't held to such strict standards in height or weight as some of the other modeling segments, because retailers are looking for models that fit their brand and the image that they hope will best connect with their potential consumers. The best print models have a chameleon type look where they can morph into the brand or image that different companies and retailers are looking for. Also, print models must know how to pose for photographs and connect with the camera and the consumer.
