I’ve been self employed for 30 years. The first 10 in the food industry as owner of 3 wine bars and a restaurant. After selling, I shifted my focus to helping others start their own businesses and started consulting, and continued that until recently.
I divorced at 30 and I have 2 grown children ages 30 and 27. My oldest lives in Big Sky, MT and my youngest is married and lives in Phoenix, AZ. I’m looking forward to grandchildren in the not so distant future.
Once my youngest was off to college, I was able to travel more and it allowed me to accept clients whose projects weren’t required to be local. But as a Seattle native, there’s no place like home.
