I have some work experience as an usher where we help customers with scanning tickets, escorting elders to their seats, as well as helping them answer their questions if they have any about the show. When working for this role, I was prepared for anything to happen if the customers were unhappy with their satisfaction, normally would get the manager or supervisor to help them if they need extra help in advance. And more importantly, we keep to ourselves when they need help or furthermore, in advance if they need any access to future shows, we normally keep program pamphlets for fall, winter, spring and summer shows.
